Winx Club Toys OUT NOW?

Subject: Winx Club Toys OUT NOW? Mon Jun 25, 2012 6:32 am

Has anyone anywhere run into any NEW Winx Club items in any of the stores? This new guy I've been talking too says he got me something of the Winx Club but I didn't think any NEW stuff was coming until the Fall of this year?

I saw some Saturday at the Toys R Us in my part of British Columbia. My 7 year old had me buy a Bloom Concert doll for her friend's birthday. She's also been promised a Flora Believix doll if she can keep her room clean and do her summer work. I was told that here they came out this past Tuesday- the 19th of June.

The Believix dolls here in Canada have unusual packaging though (at least for an officially bi-lingual country) they just have English writing on the package. The other dolls and sets all have English and French. This must have been what the Canadian TRU site meant by English edition. I wonder how long those will be there. I also haven't seen a Tecna anything from the 3 sets of dolls (Believix, Concert, and minis) We even have a Musa and Aisha in the Believix and Concert edition dolls.

Here's a picture of the doll I bought for my daughter's friend. Notice there is English and French on the package- that's because they're in Canada.

Toys R Us. In my location (The only one in the Okanagan Region Very Happy

) they were near the Barbies as of yesturday (still there today when I picked up my daughter's Flora doll) I paid 27.99 including HST (Harmonized Sales tax which is 12% of an item) for her Flora doll. Now I'm taking the doll with me over the weekend to see if my MIL can make her a Flora Believix costume for Halloween.

here are the 2 pictures I took of Flora. The picture of the Winx Club Membership card will come after my daughter finishes her math

Wow $27.99 is pretty steep Sad

I know the pre-orders were $20 here in the US and I know that price will jump lol

That included HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) which is 12% if the item. The doll itself was 24.99 before taxes. I live in Canada and everything is more here than in the US because we have to pay tariffs on shipping. I've seen the same dolls on Toywiz going for twice as much. I was telling Michael that if anyone wants a Winx doll now they should contact people in Canada because they aren't selling as fast.

They're pretty in a different way from the Mattel ones. I just posted more pictures of it on the Winx Dolls thread.

I have all 6 Enchantix dolls from Mattel back at my parents' house in NY. My favourite from that line was Flora followed by Stella. I had to get Flora today though because Flora is my daughter's favourite character (because she wears pink LOL) I'm going to try and get my mother in law (MIL) to help me make a Flora Believix costume for my daughter for Halloween. This is partially because we already have an idea on what to do unlike the Harmonix style

Here in NZ we got 4kids season 1 and 2, but not season 3.
So we never got season 3 dolls, which was really annoying. Sad

When i was 7, Flora was my favourite because she wears pink! haha lols

Back in the US where I'm from only some stores in some states got the Enchantix dolls. My friend in Alberta works at her local Walmart and used to do over night stock. She got all 6 dolls for both of us. I know I owe her now so I'm going to get her the Musa Believix doll and send it to her.

And that's funny that you were the same as my daughter when you were 7. When I was 6 I liked Shana from Jem and the Holograms because she had purple hair. My mom bought me a Shana doll for Christmas it was one of the best things ever.
