Whomever Galatea's mom is since Galatea is the princess of Melody. That's what most fanfic authors do when they don't know a canon character's mother's name or even a canon character's planet. Well you're only 11. My daughter hasn't learned that either. Her grade 1 teacher did have the class learn to be creative last year by having class pets (stuffies) pretend to do stuff. So they had to write about adventures. I learned creative writing in Grade 9 because my Grade 9/10 English teacher would have us write stories all the time! My grade 11 and my grade 12 teachers took it even further.
